2 Bedroom Family Affordable Townhouse Across The Street From The Beach

A fully furnished two bedroom townhouse located directly the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. The Alabama Gulf Coast zoo resides, as well as Water Park for the kids. The townhouse has 2 floors. Dining room, Kitchen, and Living room, and small bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor resides with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is a outdoor patio which faces the Mariner Lake. A walk to the beautiful sugar sand beach is right across the street from Walmart. If one does not wish to walk, they are allowed to park in the Walmart parking lot. Be sure to look for a sign that says MARINER LAKES parking only. The historical Fort Morgan Civil War site is located 15 minutes away by car. We are also located 30 minutes away from Pensacola International Airport, Florida. We have free WiFi and Netflix

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Follow the association rules posted on the refrigerator door to avoid fines
Minimum 2 car per rental 25$ parking pass per car
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Take the garbage out to the dumster after check-out. Keep the property as clean as possible after check-out. Place used towels, bedding near washer.
Orange Beach Noise Ordinance, Quiet time on week nights is from 9pm to 7am weekend nights from 10pm through 9am. if pets evicted ASAP, $500 fine
If you break the house rules you will forfeit refundable damage deposit(RDD) If property requires extra cleaning after check-out you will forfeit(RDD)

Beautiful Property

The property is nice and quiet. The lake area is beautiful and a close walk or drive and park at the beach. The condo is roomy with a nice pool close by.

Great location, great price!

This is our second year renting this specific property and it is perfect for us! The location is central to everything we want to do, it is a quiet neighborhood. The house is always clean, and feels like a home away from home. We will continue to seek out this location everytime we go to Orange Beach!

I was very satisfied with the area and even the pool, I would not recommend this condo if you have little ones. All the rooms are upstairs and luggage going up and down stairs is a struggle. One of the tvs in the bedroom does not work for wind down time in the evening. Communication was good.
