Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of downtown, with close proximity to Fountain Square, Garfield Park and Bates-Hendricks. Walking distance to the Uindy Red Line stop offering direct access to some of Indy's best neighborhoods. Close to I-65, offering a quick drive downtown or to shopping.
Our guests have told us they love the comfy, retro feel of the house. It's spacious and in a great location.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement and the garage.
Lots of free parking but just make sure to note that there is parking allowed only on one side of the street.
