Executive Suite in Downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. Located 1 &1/2 blocks off Ocean Ave. by Carmel Plaza in the heart of town. Park the car and walk to dining, shops, the beach, Sunset Center.....everything on the Peninsula is close by. There's a king bed in the master bedroom with gas fireplace and LCD TV, a queen bed in the second bedroom and there's a queen futon in the living room providing sleeping for six. The bathroom is light-bright and inviting with a sunken corner tub/shower, skylight, bidet seat, towel warmer and more, the private rear patio with seating and water feature has views of the adjacent area with mountain views in the background. With WiFi, LCD Smart TVs in every room, and surround sound thru-out the Suite you’ll have everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Very very clean home and extremely comfortable!

Loved this home! Wish I could of stayed a month! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. Craig was very accommodating! Very well cared for and the beds were quite comfortable!

Beautifully decorated!

This condo is perfectly located to restaurants and shops downtown and the decor was fantastic. We definitely felt like we were in California! Although it was a tad difficult to find, Mr. Langkamp was quick to answer the phone and give us directions. We would definitely return if we ever visit Carmel again!

Quiet, comfortable and centrally located

The two bedroom unit is as depicted in the photos. Its located within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath and beach towels. No shower curtain is a bit tricky keeping the bathroom dry but that is minor compared to all the other advantages of staying here. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.

Just about as perfect as it gets for a Carmel getaway!

With one daughter off on a school trip to the East Coast, my wife, older daughter (16), and I wanted to spend some time as a "family of 3" in one of our favorite places, Carmel-by-the-Sea. "Suite B" turned out to be pretty perfect! Location was unbeatable, just 1 1/2 blocks north of Ocean Avenue, the street with the most stores, restaurants, and businesses of Carmel. Unlike other rental properties, there were no harrowing walks on uneven sidewalks that had poor nighttime lighting. This was truly "in town", and yet, very quiet at night. Two bedrooms worked out great, with the 'master' bedroom being big enough to spread out, with a very comfortable King-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom was much smaller, but perfect for our daughter, with its own TV and close proximity to the kitchen. We usually try to get a unit with 2 bathrooms, but the single bathroom worked out fine - since there were only 3 of us. Perhaps the only 'suggestion' we had was for the bathtub to have shower curtains or a barrier so we didn't need to be so careful not to splash water outside the tub when taking a shower. While the bathroom looked beautiful, it was a little hard to take a quick shower or for two people to 'share' one sink (not much counter space). The unit had a balcony that ran the length of the unit in the back. Though we were surrounded by downtown buildings, the unit stood high enough that we could see the surrounding hills and the ocean. Great place to have morning coffee, or to sit out in the evening and talk. There was also a large terrace in front of the unit (shared with "Suite A") with lounge chairs and a BBQ. Finally, the unit was spotless and well-equipped. All linens, towels, and bedding were top quality, with ample supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, etc. One of the first times staying in a vacation rental where we didn't need to run to the store to get something ....other than food or drinks. Also, WiFi worked well, and all TVs worked with NetFlix and Chromecast. Craig, who managed the property (and I think may also be the owner), was amazingly communicative during the booking process, just before our visit, and also during/after our visit. Our deposit was returned in full within a day of our departure! Oh - he also left Monterey Aquarium passes for our use - saving us over $100 in admission!! Just an outstanding place to stay while you are in Carmel! And....a parking space was always available in the lot, too!!

We loved our stay here. So much natural light. And lots of fun little amenities like a heated toilet seat excellent location right in the heart of Town. Convenient parking and easy check-in. Would happily return.

Great apartment in the middle of town!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Carmel-By-The-Sea. The condo was beautifully well equipped and comfortable. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great condo in Carmel!

This was our second stay. Great location and wonderful unit. Clean and airy. Better than advertised on line. Perfect for us! Nicely updated kitchen and decor. Safe, secure and made for an excellent stay.

Great location, well-kept & modern

Close to the action in Carmel and the beach, without being noisy or crowded. Excellent and responsive property manager. Roomy, well kept and modern apartment. The location​ above a commercial building seems a bit odd at first but it's not troublesome at all and lots of places in Carmel are similar.

Great location. The second bedroom was not what we expected - very small. Living are great but no view and not a great outside area. The bathroom was awful. Lights placed poorly and the shower was terrible to get water temp right. Also was difficult to pinpoint location for Lyft and Uber.

Quaint place in the center of town

This place was clean with a great location in the heart of Carmel walking distance to everything in town. There were 5 of us (2 couples and a single) and we utilized the two bedrooms and pullout couch. There was just enough room for the 5 of us. There is one bathroom and the shower doesn’t have a curtain, it’s a stand in tub shower (I think that’s what it’s called). The toilet seat also has a bidet which is nice if you are into that. The kitchen is stocked with enough cookware and plates, and it is was a nice touch for the owner to supply plenty of coffee! The outdoor space was great. Plenty of seating and heaters with stocked propane tanks so everyone was comfortable. Also, there is a washer dryer with supplies in the outdoor area which was a fabulous surprise. There is a supermarket and liquor store across the street (but they close early) and the place is surrounded by restaurants. All in all everything worked out and we were very happy with our choice of stay.

Great place in the heart of Carmel

Easy (except the hill) walk to the beach, wonderful outdoor patio, short walk to great restaurants and shops/galleries. Great 2br apt. We needed a little extra time to shower after the Big Sur marathon and Craig was kind enough to give us a little later check our. Will definitely book again when we return for a longer stay! Great location

This condo is exactly as it is pictured and described. A nice retreat very close to shops and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk. One recommendation is to add another chair or two to the living area as right now it only sits 3-4 comfortably. Loved the deck area.
