Perfect stay

Our stay at this beautiful property was wonderful! The house is clean, well-equipped. The location is ideal, close to beaches, kayaking spots, and great restaurants like The Lobster Lady and Rumrunners. Don’t miss the Cape Coral Farmers Market on Saturdays for local goodies. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home awesome hosts love the fact every cupboard is labeled. Had an issue with the battery on the front door they were super quick to respond and get it resolved. Stunning views love the house I will stay again when I come back for work again.

This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay!

Cape Coral Quiet Time

Beautiful home in great neighborhood. Wish we were staying longer. Didn’t get to use pool even though the water was warm the air was on the cooler side.

The air conditioning went out on the 4th day .we tried to reach out many times . Absolutely no communication from the host. Had to contact VRBO . They could not reach the host. We did review a credit from VRBO.

Winter Getaway

We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated very well ahead of time and was very responsive to all our questions. Definite thumbs up and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
