The cabin is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no interruptions, no shared spaces. Come and go as you please.

- Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle and chains may be required during or after a storm. Plan accordingly and embrace the adventure.
- Parking: Room for up to 4 cars.
- No A/C, but upstairs bedrooms have window units in summer and fans are available throughout.
- No smoking of any kind, anywhere on the property.
- No campfires or charcoal grills — Tahoe's forests are not fans of open flames.
- No parties or events — we like to keep things low-key.
- Shoes off indoors, please — our floors prefer socks.
- Three floors of adventure — stairs are part of the charm!
- Cancellations: Our policy is firm. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, road closures, or air quality events.

Tahoe is wild and wonderful — and occasionally unpredictable. Thanks in advance for your patience if nature has other plans. We're thrilled to have you. Take care of this place, and it'll take care of you.
