Oasis near the heart of Tally!

We came to Tally to meet with legislators and this was an easy walk there! It made it so convenient as each person could come and go as their schedule allowed and no parking hassles. The home is roomy and everything has been updated; well-stocked kitchens, comfy beds and ceiling fans in all bedrooms I believe. At the end of an alleyway, there was no traffic noise whatsoever!Thanks for a great stay!

One of Tallahassee's hidden gems

While the brick house looks ordinary from the outside, the interior is filled with a warm, eclectic atmosphere that makes it seem like I am not in Tallahassee, but rather in a contemporary Los Angeles house. The rooms accommodate larger groups traveling together, and the backyard of the property offers plenty of space to sit by a cozy fire pit. The living room also has a shuffleboard table that was a big hit with guests. If you plan to rent the property, make sure to ask the owner if the room with the king-size bed is available, as I expected to have access to all bedrooms.

Kim was great to work with & the house was exactly what we needed. 4 couples in town for a wedding so we had plenty of space for everyone to get ready in their own rooms & bathrooms. The decor was just lovely! (Side note: I am very sensitive to smells & this house was just right! Nothing off putting or musty as I have experienced in other VRBO's) In the evenings, we had a so much fun with the shuffleboard game in the living room. The location was also perfect for getting to all the venues easily. The backyard wasn't huge & might not work for many people hanging out but it was perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Parking was perfect for 4 cars but two couples were driving large trucks so it was a bit snug - keep that in mind if you book here. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming into town for special events. Oh!! Having the full size washer & dryer was super helpful too!

We had such a great stay at this property! A perfect place to launch for the Tallahassee Marathon! Super comfortable with a great backyard too! Kim provided a start of coffee and supplies which was great. Loved the suitcase stands which was a convenient touch. The kitchen and baths are a little tired but were functional. We LOVED the tabletop shuffleboard game and the games in the house. Highly recommend!!
