Amazing 360 degree views from rooftop plus a furnished solarium! Well appointed, including wifi, tv's in every room, fully-equipped kitchen, rain showerhead, and balcony off master bedroom. Modern building security, with parking garage stall available upon request. Host is local.

This was a clean and updated apartment. The host was friendly and quick to respond. It was supplied with everything I needed. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and the aquarium. I would stay again.

Super clean and updated condo with an abundance of natural lighting. Located in a historic building with a very nice lobby. Within 10-15 min walk to shopping and convention center. Owner was very communicative which is always a plus. Free parking. Overall, this was a great condo with a great price!

Loved My Stay

I loved the property. It exceeded my expectations. Location was close to restaurants, nice area to take an evening stroll and the accommodations were amazing. Jonathan is easy to get ahold of, the condo is well stocked and comfy. I could not get over all planning of what a guest may need need. I really loved it!!

This was a great VRBO! I came to LA for a month of work and from the beginning Jonathan was super helpful and welcoming! The apartment itself is perfect: clean, quiet neighbors, strong internet, great shower, nice beds, new kitchen, secure parking, and spacious, with everything you could need. The building is older, but the apartment is completely updated and is secure. If you're coming to LA, you probably already know about the traffic (and yes it's true, but also depending on the time of the day you drive), for the most part, getting on and off of the highway to get to anywhere I needed to go was easy. From this location I traveled as far south as San Diego, as far north as Santa Clarita, and as far west as Riverside (as well as all over LA itself). I thought it was perfectly located. The apartment is within walking distance of the Long Beach convention center and outlet mall, but more importantly it is just down the way from the charming Belmont Shore part of Long Beach, which has so much activity (restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars, cafes, etc.). I don't have one bad thing to say about the apartment except that it's on a noticeably noisy street (probably near a firehouse), but Jonathan provided earplugs (which I personally never had to use). Also, in January when I went, the apartment was cold in the night, although again, the host provided space heaters which worked really well. I highly recommend this rental and I will rent it again when I'm back in town.
