We were very disappointed with our stay in this house. The only way to access the home was by using the garage door opener and then the door into the house was unlocked. We were in a hurry after we changed for a formal event and someone in our party locked the door from the garage into the house. We tried for over 3.5 hours to contact the owner for help. We messaged through the app, texted, called and all were ignored. Called VRBO and they contacted them and still no communication from the owners. My husband finally paid a fee online to access the white pages and found another number for them, and then, after waiting hours we were offered help. On top of that, the house was not clean. Both bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the showers. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again!

College mom and athlete daughter trip

My daughter is a student athlete at Seton Hill U and we stayed here for a few days while she recovered from ACL surgery. This home was very accommodating for our needs. All one level living with 2 full baths. Place was new and clean. Owner was responsive when needed and so nice, providing extra ice in the freezer for my daughter’s recovery. One thing to consider is that there are just the basics in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking alot during your stay, you should know that in advance. Overall, great place and would stay again.

This unit was super cute. It was well maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property owner was also really quick to respond to questions and available to address concerns.
