Very spacious and great use of the space. Convenient to get to Frost Bank and downtown. Above standard amenities and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely going to book again when the Spurs make the playoffs!

Get away vacation

We had to use an Uber to go out everywhere instead of walking. The bathroom floor was a little squishy in a spot and ants got into the food that wasnt sealed up.

Hi Brandy! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding transportation, while our listing specifies that a car or rideshare may be helpful to get around, we understand how that might not be ideal for everyone. We also appreciate you pointing out the issue with the bathroom floor and the ants. We've already scheduled maintenance to address the floor, and we're taking steps with pest control to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you again for staying with us. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests.
