Excellent communication so so Neighborhood stairs
There is no dishwasher so the cleanliness and safety of using the dishes can not be sure. 15 stairs to get to apartment. Not a gated parking lot

We are very accurate describing our properties. Never offered a dishwasher and clearly stated property is at second level. This is the only property in the area totally fenced for security that has 10 gated parking spots. Why complaining if you agreed with everything BEFORE you booked? Furthermore, there is another gate that separates parking from apartments to add extra security. Plenty of hot water and detergent to wash the dishes so the safety of using the dishes after you washed depends on you!
