Clean property as described. The plumbing was bad, the plumber said it was an old house with iron pipes and the host then charged me for the plumbing bill. She accused me of blocking the pipes? Worst VRBO experience I've ever had, the house was fine and well appointed but the nonsense plumbing issue is a deal breaker. This property manager is an unserious person at best and a scammer at worst. AVOID. You will be blamed for any issue the property has even it it had nothing to do with your stay.

We’re glad you found the property clean and as described. Regarding the plumbing issue, a licensed plumber was called out immediately during your stay. The blockage was caused by an excessive amount of paper products being flushed, which is not consistent with normal use and is clearly outlined in our house guidelines. We acted as quickly as possible, including arranging service over the weekend to resolve the issue promptly for your convenience. We always take great care to maintain the property and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. However, damages or misuse during a stay may result in additional charges, as is standard practice. We remain committed to providing a high-quality experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation for future guests.
