Our home, built with green, allergen free and all made in USA materials, opens its door to guests who appreciate the environment we all share. Only 0.5 miles away from the Walnut walking bridge and all actions on Fraizer Dr. 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bath easily accommodate a large group.

Our family has health conditions that cannot be in space with animal hair (even the hyperalgesic kind). If you plan to bring animal during your stay, our house is *not a good fit*. We respect your rights and decision, but please respect ours too.

Ideal for families and groups enjoy walkable convenience
-Half mile to Walmart Bridge, Coolidge Park
-Less than 2 miles to downtown: Chatt Aquarium, museums
-10 miles to nature wonders: Lookout Mountain, Rock Garden, Ruby Falls

Cute home for 3-generations of family

House is adorably decorated and accommodated our family of 7 from teenagers to grandparents. Great location near Frazier Avenue and the Walnut Street Bridge -- just wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed walking to everything!

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a lovely location, very close to several local shops and restaurants, as well as a Publix and Walgreens right down the street. These are all within walking distance, although be ready to walk up and down some very steep hills. The proximity to downtown Chattanooga left nothing to be desired - all of our drives were 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Girls Trip

A group of 10 women on a girls weekend! Very comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to downtown Chattanooga via the pedestrian bridge! But, also lots of great food and shops on this side of the river, too. Would definitely stay here again. We all loved it!

Family and friends for graduation

We stayed for a Memorial Day weekend graduation with 9 family members. The property was clean, comfortable, convenient to the North Shore and downtown and fit everyone. Three bathrooms were key. High ceilings and two porches made the space airy and spacious. Appliances worked well. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over years and this was a huge favorite for a city location. Recommend five plus stars if the rating would allow.

Beautiful house and lots of space. Our only issue was not finding extra blankets for people who didn’t like it quite as cool as we. Also towels were not evenly distributed in the bathrooms (which was not noticed until someone used the upstairs shower). Ice maker was fairly full when we got there but didn’t make more ice. It was totally empty by second night

great house

perfect house for kids and grandkids, plenty of counter top space, large island with six seats and lots of dishes, silver ware and cooking ware, enjoyed the thanksgiving stay. close to town for walking to parks cooked a 22lbs turkey with fixings for a large family and lots of room for all the grandkids! would stay there again!

The house was clean and comfortable. It is a quick, easy drive to downtown, at longer walk to downtown, or you can north of the river and still have plenty to do. I definitely recommend the Green House for others, and I will look to stay here when visiting Chattanooga again.

The property had plenty of room for my entire family and plenty of parking spaces. Also, it is a hop, skip and a jump away from downtown, so you are close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

The house is beautiful, and immaculately kept. It is very spacious - plenty of room for a large family group to gather but also enough room for people to find a quiet spot when needed. Well-equipped kitchen, and a very nice gas grill on the deck. Very generously stocked with towels and toiletries. The bedroom with the bunk beds is ideal for kids and teens. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The owner of the house is extremely helpful and responsive. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and all tourist attractions. And it has all the amenities: three tv's, cable, and wifi. The only potential negative to the house is there is only room for four cars to park at the house and you can't park on the street, but there is free street parking about a block away, and we managed without any problem. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and I will definitely stay there again! It's an excellent value for the money, especially for a large group.

Great family house

Very comfortable home with great features for a family; the kitchen, dining, and family room is one open space which allows for lots of interaction. The house is well maintained, and very clean. A well stocked kitchen (every imaginable appliance and tool is provided) is a plus for those who like to cook, and dine in. The weather was nice enough for us to enjoy the lovely back deck. Jenny is great; quick to respond and assist!

Wonderful setting for Girl's Trip

We are a group of 5 friends who grew up together. We have been meeting annually in different cities for 17 years for our "girls' trips. Chatanooga was a first for all of us. We loved it! We loved this house too. The location is easily walkable to the Northshore area and pedestrian bridge. The home is new and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and modern. The family room very comfortable. Favorite feature is the back deck which overlooks a wooded ravine. Was a peaceful area for morning coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the birds sing. Beds are comfortable. The only recommendations for our group would be to add a couple of full length mirrors and dressers or chest of drawers in bedrooms. We usually travel with too many clothes! Everthjng else was perfect! And the owner Jenny responded promptly throughout the rental process.

Beautiful, spacious home!

This was a great house for a large group with plenty of space, beautiful furnishings, and fabulous location for getting out and about in Chattanooga. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to easily cook our meals. The owner was so accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

We fallen in love with Chattanooga on our first visit despite the fact Half Ironman schedule kept us super busy. During our second trip, Green House was love at first sight.
