A NorthShore Chattanooga home built from green, allergen-free, Made-in-USA materials — the whole house is yours, sleeping up to 14 across four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Ten minutes' walk from the Walnut Street Bridge and the restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques on Frazier Ave. One mile to downtown Chattanooga (Tennessee Aquarium, museums); ten miles to Lookout Mountain, Rock City, and Ruby Falls.

Every bed in the house is a real mattress — no air mattresses, no sofa beds — and two rooms have dedicated desks, so this works as well for a work trip as it does for a family reunion.

Main floor: living/dining area with TV, full kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker), one bedroom with two double beds and a workspace, one full bath.

Second floor: master suite with King bed and en-suite bath, one bedroom with two queen beds and a workspace, one bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full), one full bath.

Fast wifi, three smart TVs, an outdoor deck that seats 12 with a grill, and four onsite parking spots plus free street parking nearby.

Pets: our family has health conditions that make animal dander unsafe for us, even from hypoallergenic breeds, so we're not able to host pets. We know that's a real limitation for some travelers, and we appreciate you respecting it.

House rules: registered guests only (no events), no wall decorations or adhesives, no confetti, quiet hours 10pm–8am, and street parking reserved for neighbors (we'll point you to nearby overflow parking if needed).
