Escape to this casita in picturesque Green Valley. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a nice queen bed, a lovely living room with a comfy sofa bed, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Unit was just remodeled. Fresh paint, new refrigerator, new washer/dryer, new tile floors and walk-in tiled shower. Unit has large TV in living room with WiFi. Large community pool and spa for use during stay. Easy walking access to shopping center with grocery store, drug store and restaurants. Access to GVR facilities for extra. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.
