This spacious coach home condo is located within the exclusive gated community of Woods Edge. The casual ambiance and tasteful decor is truly inviting. Close at hand you will find a heated swimming pool and a clubhouse with a full kitchen, Cable TV, WIFI and library.
Enjoy the views, warm breeze and sounds from the protected preserve and wetlands on the spacious lanai or take a more tranquil private pleasure from this versatile oasis in any weather conditions within the comfort offered by the custom sliding glass walls. These views are further extended into the spacious open concept kitchen and living room area while the breakfast nook provides its own extraordinary view of the nature preserve.
The master bedroom, which is also accessible from the lanai, boasts a king size bed, private dual sink bathroom with a bench seat in the large shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a second full bath and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided. A beach umbrella and beach chairs are stored in the garage for your use.
The condo is located on the west side of Tamiami Trail (US 41) south of Bonita Beach Road and is convenient to some of the best beaches in Florida (Wiggins Pass, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach) as well as restaurants and major shopping centers (Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, Waterside Mall and Mercato). The Southwest Florida International airport in Fort Myers is just 20 minutes away.

Enjoyed very much this great clean condo with another couple. (both 70+). Spacious enough with all amenities. Very quiet area. Were close to everywhere we went; malls, stores, restaurants, beach etc... Owners were great to deal with. Would recommend to friends and family.

Winter Vacation 2014

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful condo from January 18 thru March 31, 2014. It was our first extended stay in Florida. We enjoyed a beautiful winter in a fantastic retreat condo. The condo is immaculate, up to-date, quiet, and centrally located to the Naples area. We appreciated the first floor setting as we could use the very clean garage for storage and as a entry way to the condo. The neighbors are very friendly and visited with us often. I seldom waxed my car without several neighbor advisers on hand. Those same neighbors were frequently at the pool and offered lots of site seeing and dining-out advice. The owners are wonderful to work with and they stay in touch during the stay via phone. Thank you for a allowing us to experience our first three months of retirement in this condo. We had a terrific stay and we would love to re-live the the winter of 2014 in this condo again.

Carriage Homes Condo.

Great condo with all the amenities, very spacious.. very clean. Ground floor is allso a bonus. Near all shopping, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return to this condo. The neighbours were also very friendly and a great little neighbourhood. The owners were fabulous to deal with.

March in Bonita

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for the month of March 2013. It was our first time staying in the south for a month. We felt quite at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils so you don't have to bring any of your own. The beds were very comforable. The condo is a great size all on one floor, clean and ease to keep clean. The pool is only a couple of minute walk form the condo and is kept clean. The pool house has a board where activities are posted for all to join in. The neighbors we found to be very friendly and helpful with what ever question we had about the area. This condo is in a great location as you could get to every type of shopping or to the Gulf beaches and Conservation areas within 10 minutes. There are numerous places to go site seeing to within an hour or two drive. We visited Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Everglade City to the south, Marco Island, Tin City in Naples. You will not run out of things to see and do while staying here. The owners of the Condo are super and will help you with any questions you have and really make every effort in making your stay one you will want to repeat next year. Thankyou for the great place to stay.
