This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo boasts beautiful ocean views and is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Fordham 308 will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath with duel vanity and separate shower and large tub. 
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath with shower tub combo.
-Guest Room 2: 2 Twin beds and attached bath with shower tub combo. 

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

The condo was clean spacious and well stocked. We loved the balcony - we had our morning coffee and evening cocktails there. Being right on the beach was special too. The location was great for shopping and visiting Brookgreen Gardens.We had a great time and we’re looking to visit again.

Ocean music

My 19 year old daughter and I wanted a quick getaway since she just finished her first year of college. We were to have a third family member with us but because of a Real ID issue she couldn’t come along in the end. Finding our way to the front desk and then the building and unit the first day were a bit confusing but after day 1 we figured out where to go without anymore issues. From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away. The unit is gorgeous and very clean with lots of space. The best part is the huge balcony with views of the ocean just steps away. We came right before the busy season but it was still warm outside so that was perfect. Lots to do in Myrtle Beach but it’s was nice to come back to the quiet small town of the island. We can’t wait to come back
