Cozy one bedroom apartment with King Bed and children's loft (two twin long beds in loft with angled, low ceiling) on beautiful working farm formerly owned by famous author and artist, Maurice Sendak ("Where the Wild Things Are").
Amenities include AC (portable AC'S in two rooms), WiFi, smart TV. Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, dining table with four seats, Nespresso machine & pods, French Press, small stove, microwave, toaster.
Lounge chairs, dining table and wood grill on terrace in front of apartment overlook the Green Mountains of Vermont.
Rental guests enjoy access to public areas shared with other guests, such as walking trail, herb garden and pickleball court. Bathroom features a compact shower, includes towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body gel.
Property is a working vegetable farm in an agricultural area surrounded by other farms....be prepared to experience the sights, sounds and scents associated with farming including roosters crowing in the mornings, tractors in the fields, driveway and roads; bees pollinating the fauna (and making honey in hives maintained on the property) and much more.
