For your comfort, we provide the following:
- The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels hotel soaps.
- Welcome amenity provided: k cup for your first day starter paper products. You refill and washer dry with soap starters is on site for refreshing towels and linens.
- Additional fees may be required for gatherings starting at $300. Please follow maximum guest allowed plus 4 non over night visitors.
 Additional housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We may require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
 
Rental Policies:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
- Check-in time: 4PM, check-out time: 11AM
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to       availability and additional charges may apply.
- No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house on the rental agreement
- smoking is allowed outside only. $100 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.
We are thankful to be allowed to do short term in this neighborhood but ask that you respect our neighbors and following our house rules.
Guest Access:
The entire villa is yours to enjoy except the owners closet.

Nice, Spacious House!

We spent 5 days here, with my family of 9 - including my elderly parents. We had plenty of space and each room was comfortable. It was nice to have an upstairs area to hangout and watch TV. The kitchen was spacious and enough room to cook without running into one another. There was a spacious fishing pier off the back where we spent majority of our time. It was so nice and convenient to have a washing station outside for the fish. I wish there was a light at the bottom of the pier like the neighbors had. It attracted a lot of fish, so we kept casting over to their area in hopes to catch more. Also, having a garage was a huge plus to keep the car out of the heat - it was big enough for our car as well as the golf cart we rented. Everything was nicely decorated and not old. The master bedroom was huge! It was conveniently located one block west of the main blvd. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
