Paulina - Your perfect vacation home in a little village

This small stone house is situated in a small village called Krnjaloža in a region Istra, famous by its wine and olive oil. In the village there are only 6 houses and 10 permanently inhabited locals so if you want a sense of privacy and isolation then this place is ideal for you. It is on half way between antique city of Pula and charming Rovinj. The house Paulina dates from 1898 and it was completely renovated in 2013. It has a kitchen, open space where is situated living room and dining room, three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and other two on 1st floor) with bathroom and a terase with a sea view. The outdoor has a nice pool, surrounded with fruit trees and lavender. There is also "konoba" a typical Istrian space for hanging out with friend and family, of course with some nice local wine and good food. There is also an outdoor bathroom, convenient when your spending your day outside the house, lying on the sun. Nearby is a shared playground with volleyball net and swings.

Absolutely Lovely

The house, garden and pool were exactly as described and lived up to the pictures on the site. Ingrid was a welcoming, relaxed and helpful host who was there to meet us and check us out. We had a fantastic stay and will be back.

Lovely Place

We had such a great time! Ingris was a perfect host and the house even more beautiful as seen on the pics! Very clean and has a lot of lovely details to make you feel home straight away! The location is nice and quite with a lot of Olive Fields around the house, with peaches, figs, grapes, kiwis in the garden. The pool was also nice and regularily cleaned by Ingrids robot :) From the house you can reach almost everything in Istria within 25 min (Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni, Limski Canal....). We will surely come back!

Wundervoller Meeresblick

Wir sind zu sechst angereist, zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder (7 bis 16 Jahre). Das Haus hat Charme. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit Klimaanlage und eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Der Pool ist viel genutzt worden. Herausragend ist der Konoba - auch mit eigenem WC. Am besten hat uns die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gefallen. Ingrid ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Person, die uns ständig unterstützt hat.

Es war so schön

Schon die erste Kommunikation mit Ingrid war äußerst liebenswert. Und so war es nicht verwunderlich, daß das erste Treffen auch supernett war. Wundervoll

Wir haben mit der Familie sehr schöne 16 Tage im Haus verbracht. Betreuung war top und die Kinder liebten den Pool! Zusammenfassend gibt es nichts was nicht gefallen hat. Mit den 3 Badezimmern, 4 Toiletten, Waschmaschine und 2 Küchen muss man happy sein. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Ingrid sehr gerne zu 100% und würden wieder hin. Danke Ingrid!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere 3 jugendlichen Kinder) waren zum ersten mal in Kroatien und haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Drei schöne Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, sorgten dafür, dass jeder genug Raum für sich hatte. Der Pool wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, ist aber in kürzester Zeit in den schönen Nachbarstädten zum Baden, Essen, Einkaufen oder Bummeln. Ingrid ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ingrids Mutter empfangen. Das Haus war traumhaft schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Von Küchenzubehör über einen Föhn war alles vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und der Privatpool war ein Traum. Ingrid kam uns auch besuchen. Eine wirkliche liebe Vermieterin. In der Umgebung gibt es leider kaum etwas, ein Auto ist notwenig um sämtliche Erledigungen zu machen. Das Meer war leider nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür hatten wir jede Menge Ruhe. Wir reisten zu sechst mit zwei Hunden, die beiden haben sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt und wir konnten uns alle auch mal aus dem Weg gehen, an Platz fehlte es nicht. Wir würden diese Traumunterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für Erfrischung sorgt der gut gepflegte Pool. Auch wenn das Haus etwas abgelegen ist, sind Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. in max. 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Ingrid war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein tolles Haus, in dem alles da ist, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Vom Haus aus ist man in ca. 15-25 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden und verschiedenen Orten wie Pula, Rovinj oder Fazana, die auch abends tolle Restaurants oder Spaziergänge durch wundervolle Altstädte bieten.

Einmalige Unterkunft

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wir haben das Pool und auch den besonderen Flair des Hauses sehr genossen. Ingrid ist eine sehr gute, unkomplizierte und äußerst hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Außerdem war das Haus sehr sauber. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Schönes Haus mitten in der Natur.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wer Urlaub auserhalb den Touristenburgen mag ist hier genau richtig. Eine Siedlung mit 6 Häusern, 3 für Urlauber und 3 Einheimische. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Wundervolle Ferien in einem super Ferienhaus

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool im schönen Garten. Die Vermieterin Ingrid und ihre Eltern sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Der kleine Spielplatz, ein paar Schritte vom Grundstück entfernt, wurde von unserer Tochter sehr gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht.
