The living room features 2 cozy sofa pieces that may double for extra sleeping space and a rocking recliner. A back screen porch adorn and invite you into the spacious and fenced backyard, which includes a small firepit. Wifi included. My name is Sherri and I love hosting this home in particular because it was my very own once and I take pride in its welcoming and comfortable feel. It truly is quite charming and the size feels easy to relax in and keep up with.
Why they chose this property
The Belglade Canterbury subdivision feels like the 80s and 90s neighborhoods that I grew up in. With its mature trees and friendly neighbors, it is not uncommon to see kids on their bikes or people out caring for their gardens. It feels safe and quiet enough but convenient to I-20 and Bobby Jones Expressway/I-520
What makes this property unique
Belglade as I so lovingly call it, is modest but sufficient as it comes stocked similar to an extended stay. Most basic kitchen supplies are included and starter toiletry items. I keep an easyclean bird feeder outside the back screen porch where 2 outside chairs sit and can be moved to the backyard's firepit
