Great Location for attending an Aggie Football game. Host was very good at communication. Apartment is quiet and well maintained and in a nice complex.

Very Disappointed
Definitely wouldn’t come back and stay at this place. Being accused of stealing a 25 moisturizer, way before looking around to make sure it’s not in a drawer is NOT OK. The apartment was dirty and not cleaned before us arriving. Microwave did not work properly either. Make sure to get all the correct information in regards of parking. Ask about a guest parking sticker, to avoid getting your car towed. Make sure to get the apartment number too, the owner never mentioned that in her long text. Too much information in a text that can easily get over looked, especially when traveling with little ones. We were.traveling to College Station to see our nephew graduate college, this was our first family vacation in about 6 years and for all these issues to happen left us very disappointed.

I want to respond honestly to your review, because I feel it misrepresents what actually happened.
You were given clear parking instructions before your arrival, including where the visitor parking area was located. You later said it was “too dark” to see the visitor markings — but that doesn’t change the fact that I provided accurate directions. The leasing agent mistakenly gave you a resident sticker because they assumed you lived there, which should not have happened — but again, I have hosted many guests before you without any parking issues. This was an avoidable mistake on your part.
I sent you $60 to help cover the towing costs because you made me feel pressured and guilty — not because I was responsible. Frankly, it felt like I was being gaslighted into covering an issue that wasn’t my fault, just to avoid a bad review. That’s not right, and it’s disheartening to see you still leave a review like this after I tried to handle the situation kindly.
Regarding the missing moisturizer — I simply asked about it because it was flagged after checkout. It was never meant to be an accusation. And in the end, it was found in a drawer, just like I hoped. As for your comments about the apartment being unclean or the microwave not working — none of that was brought up during your stay, and I can’t fix what I’m not made aware of.
I genuinely wanted your trip to be enjoyable, especially since you were celebrating a family graduation. But your review feels unfair and one-sided, especially considering how much I tried to work with you. I stand by how I handled this situation and wish you and your family the best moving forward. God bless
