The hot tub provides a great lookout of the Never Summer mountain range, and gorgeous star-viewing night skies. A fire ring next to the hot tub allows for fun roasting moments, too! It is a cute quirky cabin that we enjoyed. A location that we found very convenient to everything in the Grand Lake / RMNP area. Kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking. We will stay here again when in the area.

Erin made check in so easy! And responded right away to any questions we had. The cottage/cabin was perfect for us 4 adults. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio enjoying the treetop views and listening to river. The hike down to river is not as far as it looks from patio!

A really fun property in Grand lake. Close to everything. Super clean and cozy. The host was great also. Absolutely would stay here again.

Lovely tiny house you never want to leave

Excellent stay in a clean & comfy, pet-friendly cabin with character, all newly redone inside and outside, and set within a fantastic overlook of the Colorado River. The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is remodeled with love for detail and a professional touch. The inside is much more spacious than the outside lets on. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. If you stay here you will feel like home, and you will never really want to leave. A great getaway place close to Grand Lake/RMNP and 40 min away from Winter Park area. Lots of things to do in summers and winters. Many stars to count over the hot tub. Would stay there any time again.
