CLOSE TO BEACHES QUIET AREA

Four bedroom less than 3 minutes to three beaches and 5 minutes to downtown Newport. Despite the close proximity to Newport and beaches the house is centrally located on the south side of very quiet, extremely desirable Eastons Point section of Middletown. Walking distance to three beaches. Laundry room in basement. I can offer a discount depending on age of travelers and number of travelers. This rental is for quite enjoyment of area. Please do not inquire if you intend to party or invite other guests that are not discloed in this booking. Thank you.

Excellent place, Loved it

Small family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), stayed for 1 week, great place, very spacious, great experiences. The house is well kept, ha everything you need including beach toys for kids and bikes, very clean, updated, and maintained. Location is perfect, situated between 1st and 2nd beach, a short drive to town, and walking distance to both beaches. Owner is friendly and very responsive to inquires. We will certainly return.

Comfy Ranch with Perfect location

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our weekend in Newport, RI. This clean comfortable ranch was perfect for us! Near to everything with quick drive. Nice east facing deck for morning sun. Open kitchen with coffee machine. Comfortable beds and rooms for each of us. Stronger water pressure would have been nice. Host was very friendly and welcomed us with cheese plate and bottle of wine. Bottled water included also 👍 as tap water was soft. We used the beach chairs for quick visit to 2nd beach - ahhh- lovely 😊. I’d stay here again if I ever come back to area. 😊🦞🌊🌞

Perfect Family Beach House

Our host made this stay perfect! He provided everything for our family, ages 4-47 to make our vacation fun and memorable. The house is so spacious and there’s room for all to have family time together and alone. The extra bathrooms made a huge difference in less time wasted coordinating schedules. There are 4 full bedrooms here as advertised. The view of the ocean and Easton’s beach from the front window made us smile every morning. If you want a beach house with character and a comfortable family environment, this is the place! We are picky, frequent travelers and we recommend this property!

Great spot for family vacation

Owner was extremely helpful and available when needed. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Easy access to downtown Newport and local beaches. Recommend!

Great stay close to the beaches.

Great location. Fully prepared for beach life (beach chairs, coolers, buggy boards...) as well as bikes. Very clean. Great A/C. Loved it.
