Modern studio flat, king size bed, spacious living area, fitted kitchen with hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine. A large patio area and off road parking with secured electric gates. It has sea views (view of Funchal harbour) and mountain views.
The apartment is self contained including Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen provided.
Property is in a desirable quite area, it is 7 minutes by car from Funchal centre and 5 minutes from the fast road, access to anywhere in the Island. The airport is about 15 minutes away and supermarkets about 5 minutes away. Bus stop a minutes walk. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

6-star Studio Apartment!

What a lovely apartment! We sometimes worry with a studio that we’ll feel cramped, but not here. It was perfect in every way. The kitchen had everything you could want; bedroom area excellent with a very comfortable mattress; beautifully done bathroom and the patio was lovely. We looked forward to coming back and sitting out on the patio every evening. Maria and Les are your perfect hosts. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone! You will love it.
