A short distance from bayside beaches and a quick drive to the ocean, the home offers a quiet and private stay in one of the Cape's best areas. The huge front deck overlooks Chipman Cove, where you can enjoy outdoor grilling/dining under the retractable shade awning. With 3 queen beds, and 2 twins plus a double futon, there's plenty of sleeping space. The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom, and two other bedrooms each have an ensuite guest bath with a jack-and-jill style connecting shower room. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Spend your days exploring the beaches, cruising the Rail Trail, or wandering Wellfleet's charming Main Street. Cap off fun-filled days with dinner, drinks, and a breathtaking sunset.

Make sure that the outdoor grill has been brushed clean to original condition to avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee
Trash and Recycling should be placed in the large outdoor bins
All A/C units should be set at 76 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not touch the outdoor faucets, as we have them set up on a timed irrigation system. You may use the nozzles, just don't touch the faucets.
Please set all AC units to 76 degrees upon departure.

We love the house and the view was beautiful. I would say the only thing it is missing is a fire pit. And our host/owner was very accommodating, letting us check in early without any notice. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Highly recommend this beautiful home. Stayed for a long weekend with my family and the house is equipped with everything you would ever need. Location is 10 min drive to gorgeous beaches. Highlight is the huge deck overlooking a beautiful cove. Spent every morning and sunset here- perfection! Would definitely return!

Great location...Indian Neck beach is beautiful and no crowds.Having the retractable awning on the deck made sitting out there at all times of the day very pleasant.Kitchen well stocked ...spices, some condiments, foil, baggies etc were helpful.Rachel was very responsive.Would definitely stay again.
