Whole home renovation. Four Bedroom two bath plus outdoor shower home in montauk close to bay, ocean beaches and golf club. Two zone Central air.

The first floor mudroom welcomes you into the home which opens into a first floor family room, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 sets of XL twin bunk beds and one with queen bed and private access to backyard). This floor has a full bath with 66" soaking castiron bathtub / shower.

The second floor features an open living/dining layout with vaulted ceilings and skylights offering plenty of natural light, 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen) and full bath with skylight over walk in shower). The chefs kitchen is outfitted with Bosch appliances.

Large outdoor deck off living area with sectional and dining table to enjoy notorious montauk sunsets. Built-in lynx professional gas grill to handle all your barbeque needs. Large backyard with outdoor shower, seating and lounging area.

All the ammenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible are provided.
Washer/dryer. Wifi throughout. All linens and bath towels provided.

Located in the quiet lake section of montauk. Close to bay and ocean beaches, as well as Montauk downs golf course. Our home is perfect for families looking to have some relaxing quality time together. The layout also offers flexibility for multiple or extended families wanting to vacation together. This is not a party house or neighborhood.

The house was absolutely perfect! The bathrooms and showers were great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was both beautiful and functional. It was the perfect fit for my family and we had an amazing vacation. The house is also very close to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores but off the beaten path enough to ensure a peaceful night sleep. On top of that Brian was such a great host. He is an extremely clear communicator, responds quickly to messages and made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Montauk Gem!!!

We could not be happier at our recent stay in Montauk. The home had a great layout where my kids, who are older had their space on first floor, and my wife and I had our bedroom on second floor. The home also has a nice size wrap around deck with seating and a BBQ which we utilized a few nights. Amenities like the fire pit and outdoor shower where also appreciated and used. The host Brian could not be nicer and answered any questions immediately. I would recommend this property with high regard and give it a five star rating

Best house ever!

Great home for family and friends; super clean

I can't say enough about how comfortable and pleasant Brian's home is. Brian was great to deal with; everything was organized in advance and check in and check out went very smoothly. The house itself is updated and was immaculate when we arrived. All the linens and towels were attractive, crisp and clean. The kitchen/LR combination was great for entertaining. The house was stocked with appropriate supplies, and it made the stay very easy. I usually like to stay by the beach, but this was a nice change, and easy walk to harbor (instead of walking to the beach. Brian was great to communicate with and he did a lot to make the stay enjoyable.

Great house!

The house is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Furnishings are simple and beautiful . Perfect for 2 families! Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Carter, the caretaker lives across the street and was extremely helpful when needed. A great find!

Wedding Weekend House for Groomsmen

I booked this house for my groomsmen during my wedding weekend and couldn't have been more happy with the experience or house! The house itself is gorgeous with a great 2nd story porch and common area. It's also in a central location close to town and the harbor area. Brian was amazing and made things very easy for check in and check out. I would highly recommend staying here whether it's a family trip or a nice weekend away with the friends! Thanks Brian!!!

Perfect Stay in Montauk for My Wedding

My family & I stayed here for my wedding & I can't say enough good things about the property & owner. The home is beautifully renovated & was perfect for the 8 of us. The contemporary open-concept kitchen/living room & large wrap around deck were ideal for our group. Brian was also a great communicator & provided us with everything we could possibly need. He really helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. This house is definitely a winner & I highly recommend it!
