Brand new construction unit thoughtfully designed with ultimate guest comfort in mind. This spacious, single floor unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a private balcony to enjoy some fresh mountain air. Guests will have free access to Forest Ridge`s sports club with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facilities and tennis courts. This family friendly neighborhood is great for walking the dog or for kids to ride their bikes. Right across from Loon with Winter Shuttle. open concept, single level unit on the second floor. Open the door into a large airlock mudroom with plenty of storage for skis and gear. Enter into a large kitchen with plenty of space and supplies to cook, barstools and a small bistro dining table. The open concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace and access to the private balcony. There is a common full bathroom and 2 large bedrooms, and on the opposite end, there is a primary suite with full bathroom and access to the balcony. free Spectrum cable, disney+ app and MAX app

Condo is new and very well kept. It is also in a great location. Easy access to Loon Mountain. I had some questions before arriving and Jenna was very helpful and always answered in a timely manner. Was there with my wife and grown children as well as our dog. Plenty of room for all. Also close to many shops and restaurants in the area.

Very disappointed with the host's lack of understanding and their dishonesty. My family and I had this condo booked for 2/9-2/12, and I am aware that it was a non-refundable reservation.However, on 2/2, my daughter had a medical emergency and lost her baby. I emailed the host and asked if we could either get a refund, or if we would be able to reschedule the reservation for a few weeks later. She responded and said she would provide a refund if she was able to rent the unit.Three days later, I got an email saying "The Host has approved your cancellation", and the email specifically noted I would be getting a full refund. I even emailed her to thank her for her generosity.Three weeks went by and there was no refund. I reached out to her and she did not respond. I later reached out to VRBO support multiple times. Each time they said they reached out to the host, and she told them she was not refunding the money.Very frustrating that she led me to believe it would be refunded (and I have an email showing the full refund would be sent), and then she failed to do so, and has been unresponsive.
