Thank you for your interest in booking our Moore Peaceful Home.
Upon booking guest are agreeing to our townships strict guidelines regarding no parties including the 10pm noise ordinance, no fireworks, and no street parking.
Any townships fines would be the responsibility of the booking guest.

Weekly light cleaning on an agreed upon date for rentals beyond 1 week.

Parking: 4-5cars in designated area

Please use caution when driving down Moore Road as there are many deer.

The lower level temperature is naturally less than upstairs. There are space heaters available that must be used with caution and must be turned off when leaving the home. I offer slippers and lots of cozy blankets.
Due to living in the country you may see an insect, this is out of our control.

Great house and host

We loved our stay at this house. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful setting. It is close to Traverse City and Elk Rapids. The host communicated promptly any questions I had and checked in on how our stay was going. I highly recommend this house for families.

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and rooms. The home had a few additionals we appreciated ie: toilet paper, paper towels, back up’s in the pantry. The only reason I didn’t rate a five was animal odor and all the plug in scents. Some of our family members have allergies and the scents were excessive.

We are disappointed to see a 4 star review on a 5 star home. As stated in the description the home is pet friendly yet in 7 years of hosting I have never received a review that there was a pet smell, as there certainly is not a pet smell. Our proffesional cleaners were required to sanitize in addition to normal stay after your departure due to your strong body odor and drain the hot tub at our own expense, yet we are very understanding of the special needs of certain guests. We apologize on your families behalf that your family members have sensitivities. There are guests that love the fruity aromas and as seen in the description of the home there are plug-ins. May I suggest in the future, to ensure your families happiness, that all pictures and descriptions are reviewed. Best wishes with your future accommodations.
