Tranquil Retreat-Pond side on 16 Acres

The home itself is a freshly remodeled 5,000 square ft villa, in which we are offering up our guest suite, to host our guests. The location is totally private, and is not shared. Located on 16 acres of land, on a private mountainside drive, direct waterfront, nestled on the side of the forest, surrounded by state land, within the catskill mountains. The main home will not be occupied during any guests stay.
