Recently built & spacious: river views from every room. Hosts live at B&B across street, as seen on VidaViewResort website. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, jetted tub, firepit, hot tub, Traeger grill; lush landscaping; blackout curtains; tall fences; electric driveway gate; security cameras; secluded feel with no other houses in sight; pet friendly. Only private & secure riverfront property with exclusive 750' of river access. Fish or launch your boat from our beach!
Consider the following when choosing a riverfront home:
1. Do you have exclusive use of 1 acre of land, with 750’ of river frontage & easy river access?
2. Does it feel remote with no houses within normal sight lines or across the river, but only protected forest?
3. Is it secure with a fully fenced yard, electric driveway gate, & security cameras?
4. Are you provided paddleboards, oars, life jackets, and fishing gear? The Finn Rock put-in is an easy 1.5 miles up river, so you can take-out at the property on our gravel bank beach.
5. Are the owners committed to your great experience? We live across the street, so we are immediately available if any issues come up or if you have forgotten something.
