WOW! This nearly new cedar shake cabin is absolutely perfect with the hard wood floors, the knotty pine walls and ceilings, the large classic wood stove, the huge elevated deck with gas grill, the separate private sleeping areas, the fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and the memories your gatherings will cherish forever! Belknap Covered Bridge is located just west of the cabin, thus the name. Enjoy this beautiful gem on the edge of the Willamette National Forest -- known for its multiple natural hot-springs, vast ancient lava flows, old growth forests and endless hiking and mountain biking options. There are several high cascade lakes scattered through the foothills of the Cascade Mountains that surround this Upper Mckenzie River Valley locale. Look up The Willamette National Forest and you'll find lots of information about the many adventures your group can experience. We recommend that you make sure you see The Blue Pool, Clear Lake, Sahalie Falls, Koosah Falls, Proxy Falls, Scott Lake and Terwilliger Hot-Springs. Tokatee Golf Course is minutes close and so are 3 nice restaurants for your dining pleasure. Bring the bikes, because King Rd and Rainbow Dr (Mckenzie River Dr) are wonderful biking roads with minimal slow traffic and huge views of the river and the Three Sisters Mountains to the east. Feel free to contact Jonathan if you have any questions or need any referrals to services.

Great cabin right on the river. Lots of space and areas to view the river.
The location is great. The beds are good, but more for a family with kids vs. couples or all adults. Back deck towards the river is excellent to sit, visit, eat. Lots of room inside for the same if the weather is not good. Very relaxing, and worked well for our needs.

Sounds like a Five Star rating, but you must have accidentally hit the wrong button...happened before. Please come again.
My friend and I stayed in the Belnap Cabin while we hiked the nearby trails around Clear Lake. We were blown away by the cabin's comfiness, location by the river, interior design, and amentities. We both decided that this was THE BEST VRBO place we've ever stayed and vowed to return in early Fall!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was clean, right along the McKenzie River, had easy access to numerous hiking trails and waterfalls, and was just relaxing! Would highly recommend!
The cabin is immaculate and well stocked. Near hiking and dining! We enjoyed the peace and quiet on the deck. Love all the window seats! Wish we could stay longer!
