BEDROOMS
This cozy and thoughtfully designed home features 3 comfortable bedrooms equipped with smart TVs and can sleep up to 10 guests. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 sofa beds in the living area, everyone in your group will find a perfect spot to unwind.
Bedroom 1 – Retreat to the spacious primary suite located upstairs, featuring a plush King bed and a private en-suite bath. This serene haven blends comfort and style, offering the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring.
Bedroom 2 – A beautifully styled bedroom with a cozy Queen bed, warm lighting, and modern decor that invites restful nights and peaceful mornings.
Bedroom 3 – This bright and inviting bedroom also offers a comfortable Queen bed. It’s a great fit for friends or family, with simple sophistication throughout.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step into your private fully fenced backyard—a perfect spot to enjoy Colorado`s sunshine or stargaze in the evening. The backyard is not shared with the other house that we`re connected to. It is a private backyard!
The outdoor space includes a private hot tub perfect for relaxing under the stars, a fun corn hole setup, a grill for outdoor cooking, charming string lights that create a cozy nighttime ambiance, and a patio umbrella with comfortable outdoor seating for lounging or dining al fresco.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
