The river stretches out beyond, and if you time it right, you'll watch dolphins and manatees pass by from the dock while your morning coffee gets cold. The moonrise over the water is something guests mention in almost every review — plan to be on the dock for it.

Quiet hours after 10pm / before 8am — this is a residential community and the neighbors are wonderful
Parking: driveway fits 3 cars and garage fits one car; street parking overnight not permitted
