This condo was one of my favorites that I have stayed at in Orange beach. It was so clean and beautiful! If I had to complain about anythijg it would be that only one elevator was working while we were there but, it wasn’t a huge deal to us and we will definitely be back!

Phoenix 3 stay in orange beach Alabama

My wife and I traveled to orange beach to spend time with her daughter. The room was nice. The balcony had a wonderful composite table and 4 bar stools. The condo was well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The view from the 12th floor was awesome. We will stay here again!

Great little place!

This one bedroom condo had all we needed and everything was a step up from the usual quality. I'm picky about the outdoor furniture and this place had high quality bar height table and chairs and a nice rocker too. The couch and chairs were nice and even had down throw pillows. The silverware and dishes were good quality, there was attention to detail in all the finishes. The kitchen even had a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig. The only negatives were the rugs looked a few months overdue for cleaning, and the shower door needed a deep clean for the hard water marks (I recc Kaboom plus a Magic Eraser). There was an ironing board but no iron, but who wants to iron on vacation anyways?!

Last minute beach getaway

We decided very last minute to take a quick beach trip with our daughter before she heads off to college. The condo was just what we expected from the pictures…beautiful and clean. The booking process was simple. The check in staff could not have been nicer. We had a great few days…just wish we could have stayed a little longer.

This condo met all our expectations and needs. It's on the 12th floor so the view was amazing and we enjoyed the high top patio table for breakfast and coffee and for evenings after walking the beach. It looked well stocked even though we didn't really cook while there (it was vacation after all!). We loved having an actual coffee pot to brew our own coffee. The tv had plenty of channels to choose from if so desired, the bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows, the bathroom was a good size and had plenty of countertop space and drawers as well (even a hairdryer), and the shower was quite nice (the water did tend to back up a bit but I'm sure a touch of Draino would clear that right up). Even though the room was by the elevators, we never really heard them at night so it wasn't an issue for us. The lighting outside of the condo was very bright and since the bedroom is right up front by the front door and walkway it was very bright in the room in the middle of the night. We finally found an extra sheet, doubled it over, and hung it on the curtain rod to help keep some of the light out. It would be wonderful to have some black out curtains on that window. We found it very hard to sleep with so much light coming into the room. Check in and check out were simple and all the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the pools, but they all looked very nice. Beach access was great and we spent all of our time there. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again ourselves!

Not as great as Phoenix has been before

As soon as we arrived to check in the front desk worker was very very rude. As I am only 22 years old but married and had my marriage liscene like the booking information stated therefore I can rent a condo. I explained myself and she still got rude and cut me off before I could answer the questions she asked me. She told me that she didn’t know if I was gonna be able to stay seeing that I am not the renting age of 25 after I had drove 8 hours. I told the lady that I have called the rental business 2 times before booking and explained my situation and they said that it wouldn’t be a problem. Once we could finally talk without being cut off my wife informed the lady that she was 25 and that she can change the name on the room if it would help. After check in just about every staff we come Into contact with told us that we need to not tear nothing up and no loud parties due to us being young as if we had a large group of teens. My party only consisted of my wife and I on our anniversary trip. Construction was also being completed during our whole week we stayed. You couldn’t sleep in past 8 A.M. and the outside pool area was a mess the pool had stuff in it from the construction you would step on wood and objects from the construction being completed. The pool area was never cleaned up the whole week. You could hear the construction while setting on the beach and around the whole property. Once half the week went by the workers became nicer and more professional. Overall I’m satisfied with this stay and the room was very nice but not sure if I will ever stay at the Phoenix 3 again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay!! The property was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Only one thing I would mention, the bedroom is right by the elevator. So, just be aware. It wasn’t terribly noisy, just something to note. I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for a nice place to stay.

Great overall experience

Our trip was great! The condo could have been cleaner but I know it’s hard to remove all sand from the floor. The pullout bed was horrible but the kids made it work. The master mattress was very hard, if you like a firm mattress it would be perfect for you. Overall the condo was nice and a great size, we spent most time on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach.
