The host was very accommodating, offer support immediately, and communicated effectively. The stay was very nice in parking was easy and inside the property itself. I definitely recommend this property for an amazing stay.

this unit was an excellent deal compared to the motel we stayed at the few days prior. the location was reasonably convenient to oxy, there was free laundry on-site (not in-unit), the host was gracious in providing linens and paper towels, the space was substantially larger and more pleasant than a motel room (big bright bathroom, better ac), parking was a little tight to get into but always available even though street parking was available too. would definitely return in the future.

LOUD! So much noise. Loud violent confrontation in the terrible, cramped parking area. Woman pounded on my door at 3 am claiming to be bleeding to death. I had to call the police. Terrible water pressure. Terrible space. All around awful unit.

Falsely listed as a "condo". Unit was an ADU behind a house. Floors and microwave were dirty. No toilet paper. Worst was the Internet connection. Very slow and unusable. I left after a day, and am still working with vrbo, hoping for a partial refund since the listing was not accurate.
