About this property

The Woolsey Summary:

Summary:
Welcome to Woolsey, a spacious and welcoming retreat tucked just minutes from the University of Arkansas. With a private hot tub, a cozy fire pit, and multiple lounging areas, this is a perfect home base for families, football fans, and weekend adventurers. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and connection in one of Fayetteville’s most walkable and charming neighborhoods.

The Space:
From the moment you step through the door, you'll feel right at home! Kick off your shoes and sink into the soft seating as you catch a game or movie on the 72” Samsung Smart TV. Around the corner, the dining area is perfect for lingering over shared meals or late-night board games. And if you love to cook (or just want to keep the coffee flowing), you’ll appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Hamilton Beach coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and even kids’ dinnerware. It’s all here waiting for you.

Woolsey sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms, giving everyone room to spread out. The upstairs primary bedroom is a peaceful escape with its own Roku TV. Downstairs, you’ll find a king and twin room—also with its own TV—and two additional bedrooms with cozy touches and plenty of storage. Every bed is topped with soft linens, fluffy pillows, and room-darkening shades for a restful night.

Step out to the back deck where a private hot tub invites you to soak under the stars. There’s a fire pit ready for marshmallow roasting and laughter-filled evenings, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a sunny afternoon or cool night breeze. Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ or winding down after a day on campus, it’s the kind of space that makes you want to stay awhile.

Woolsey is made for families, football fans, and travelers who want comfort, ease, and a little bit of fun. We can’t wait for you to make yourself at home.

Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
This peaceful neighborhood sits just minutes to the University of Arkansas, making it ideal for visiting parents and alumni catching a Razorbacks game, or simply soaking up the charm of campus life.

From the front door, you’re less than five minutes to the university by car—or a scenic 15-minute walk if you’re up for some fresh air. Along the way, you’ll pass cozy cafes, tree-lined streets, and friendly neighbors. Dickson Street, the cultural heartbeat of Fayetteville, is nearby with its mix of music venues, restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s the kind of place where every corner feels like a discovery.

You’ll also be close to the Walton Arts Center, the city’s vibrant downtown, and the beautiful Frisco Trail—perfect for biking or morning strolls. Whether you're here for move-in weekend, a football game, or a girlfriend getaway, you’ll find everything you need within easy reach—and a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

At Woolsey, you’re not just booking a stay—you’re stepping into the rhythm of Fayetteville. We’re so glad you’re here.

Other Things to Note:
Heads Up About Downtown Vibes
This home is located in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions—a small town with big city energy! Being downtown means you’re steps from the action, which we love, but it also means there’s always the potential for city sounds, neighbors, or nearby construction. While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.

Nothing ruins a getaway like a rushed Sunday morning. Sleep in, sip your coffee, or hit the trails one last time—because Pink Door is a vibe, and early Sunday checkouts are not it. Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays!
