Great home on a quiet street - dedicated rental, just a short walk to all South Broad Ripple has to offer. The house is super cute and cozy but plenty of space stocked with hotel quality linens and everything you would possibly need for a stay, whether it is a day, week or month - plus a great outdoor patio and "game room" garage.
The Neighborhood:
South Broad Ripple (SoBro) is home to amazing restaurants and bars including casual places like Half Liter BBQ, Bulldog Bar, Fat Dan's deli and Twenty Tap. Amazing breakfast like Good Morning Mamma's and Breadworks and weekend brunch at The Aristocrat. Fine Dining like Delicia, Mama Carolla's and unique dining like the Jazz Kitchen or Yat's cajun food. Dessert from the Flying cupcake or Lick Ice Cream. Or just a great local bar/grill at Binkley's. Plus all kinds of unique shopping experiences. All of these are < .5 mile from your door. The drive is only 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Carmel, 25 minutes to the airport.
Getting Around:
Great walkable neighborhood, park in driveway or take advantage of the street parking. Monon trail connects the entire city via a "rails to trails" path and is only a 4 minute walk. It is easy to catch an Uber/Lyft or just walk to all you need! Grocery store 3 minute walk away.
