The space
The first floor is the main living area. A gorgeous remodeled kitchen with granite counters, Samsung Bespoke refrigerator Stainless appliances that's fully equipped for your use including a coffeemaker to brew your favorite Kona coffee, air fryer & blender for drinks & smoothies, 2 unique Hawaiian tropical wood counters with stools-1 under the window with ocean views - unique to this unit plus a dining area, half bathroom, a comfortable sofa with a large TV to stream your favorites and access to the main lanai and tastefully furnished. **Please note: Air conditioning is provided on the second floor only and is designed to cool the upstairs sleeping area. It is not intended to cool the entire townhome. The main floor stays comfortable with ceiling & a portable fan along with refreshing tropical breezes by opening the windows and sliding doors.
A flight of stairs leads to the upper level, where you'll find the sleeping areas and a second private lanai. This level features a comfortable king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa with privacy curtains, allowing the space to be divided into two separate sleeping areas. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is conveniently stored in the ottomans in front of the sofa.
Enjoy a second TV with streaming services and local channels available through the Spectrum app. A portable A/C unit is provided on the second floor only to keep the sleeping area comfortable for a restful night's sleep. Please note that it is not intended to cool the entire townhome.
The upper level also includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate vanity/sink area. A dedicated desk and workspace are provided for guests who need to work remotely.
Park in your own private covered carport and access the laundry with your private use of a washer/dryer. Beach items are provided including snorkel gear 2 boogie boards beach towels, one large cooler (located to the back of the laundry room) and 2 small coolers ( freezer packs-in freezer) snorkel gear. boogie boards, & straw beach mats, pool noodles, beach umbrella & beach chairs. Beach ready!!
Ceiling fans in each room along with portable fan on the first floor. Jalousie windows and large sliding doors provide a cooling tropical breeze.
Malia Kai also has a pool and BBQ area guests can enjoy while visiting. If you're looking for comfortable, quiet living in a boutique location that you can walk to restaurants, shopping & the beach, this is it!
