Great rental! House was clean, amenities were perfect, kitchen is great size for large group, and overall the house was just what we needed! Host was great with communication and responded very quickly.

This is a nice big property with a great location. But beware- it is not as nice as the pictures. The floor is weak inside the house. The decking around the house is weak and unsafe. The stairs leading to the beach as well as in the side of the house and up to the roof top deck are very unsafe. The roof top deck is also very weak. As far as inside, there was a ceiling fans that didn’t work and others that had remotes but the batteries were dead so you couldn’t control them. One bathroom had an outlet that was just hanging loose in the wall. Handrails on the stairs were falling apart. The outdoor shower was broken. I let the host know and they said they would send someone but they never did. The toilet in one of the bathrooms is not fastened to the floor Overall, it is a great location with lots of room, but just be aware that it is in disrepair and unsafe for any families that have small children. The front gate doesn’t work and the gate control and cameras they have for security was laying on the ground. I put them back up but they are inoperable. We had a couple of solicitors visit because of that.

Perfect location right on the beach with beach toys, beach chairs, etc. available. Plenty of room for my husband and I, our dog, our adult kids, and grandkids to hang out and eat meals together, but still have our own quiet spaces/bedrooms. The pool table and foosball/soccer were fun, the outdoor shower was great for rinsing the sand off after beach time, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The backyard was a little smaller than I thought from the pictures but was fully fenced and perfect for our furbaby. Having a big umbrella on the deck would be a great addition during the heat of the afternoon as there’s not much space to get out of the sun. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with a smoke detector and sent someone immediately who fixed it in no time, was very friendly, and answered our questions about the Daytona area.
