AP ótimo! Empatia zero!

O AP é excelente! Condiz em tudo com a publicação! No entanto tivemos problemas na estrada e atrasamos para o check inn, pois nada foi feito pelo locador e o zelador, deixando eu e meus amigos na rua, sem ter lugar pra ficar!

Expectativas eram maiores

No anúncio (fotos), possui um ar condicionado em cada cômodo, inclusive na sala, porém o da sala encontra-se desativado. A máquina de lavar não estava funcionando. Ficamos um pouco chateado com essas duas situações, pois criamos a expectativa de ser a estadia perfeita com a nossa busca e, após percorrermos 1.700km, nos deparamos com esses fatos...

O melhor apartamento que já aluguei no Guarujá, show de bola, localização 10, não previsa de carro para nada, próximo de tudo, da praia, de supermercados, padarias, farmácias, restaurantes, pizzaria e é exatamente como nas fotos, ainda o proprietário e o zelador hiper atenciosos, se me aceitarem lá novamente, voltarei em breve, muito obrigado !!!

Nossa estadia foi ótima, estávamos em 4 pessoas. Apê super confortável, limpo, equipado, decoração super aconchegante. Zelador Cícero super prestativo . Localização ótima , 3 quadras da praia, perto de mercados padarias restaurantes, aquário , feirinha, super perto do restaurante que mais apreciamos no Guarujá , o Hangar , resumindo, não tiramos o carro da garagem pra nada . Nunca havia usado o App, e foi tudo tranquilo e seguro, super indico! Proprietário Pedro super atencioso e rápido na comunicação. Com certeza indicamos e voltaremos ! !!! Muito agradecidos pela recepção , pela confiança e por disponibilizar um local tão bem cuidado para podermos descansar um pouco da rotina do dia-a-dia !

Aconchegante, limpo e lindo!

Estivemos hospedados no último final de semana e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o apartamento. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Sr. Cícero que foi muito cordial e solícito quando tivemos dúvidas. O apartamento estava muito limpo e arrumado . A decoração era alegre e de muito bom gosto. Percebemos o carinho com que foi preparado para os visitantes. Com certeza, indico para os amigos e voltaremos assim que pudermos. Agradecemos a atenção! Obs: informamos para o Sr. Cícero que o vaso sanitário da área de serviço estava apresentando problemas e por isso não foi usado o que não comprometeu o nosso conforto.

Apartamento lindo como nas fotos!!! Muito conforto, alem de tudo novo, limpo e muito organizado. Imovel perto da praia, lojas, farmacia e supermercados (nao precisa de carro pra nada. Tivemos um otimo retorno com proprietario Sr Pedro, e fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo zelador Sr Cicero. Foi nossa primeira visita ao "Guaruja" que Praia Linda...Esperamos voltar mais vezes.
