Large 2 King BR Condo in Theater District w Free Parking Gym Secure Walkable
The Theatre Building is a beautifully renovated Art Deco building listed on the Historical Register located next to the Palace Theater. You will enjoy easy access to all of downtown from our central location for fun or work. The unit has its own dedicated high speed (300MB) wi-fi connection, HDTV w/cable & streaming apps, as well as 1 FREE off-street, hotel garage parking space. There are numerous entertainment, shopping, dining and bourbon tasting options available within a short walk.
The space
This recently developed space (2019) is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theatre Building on 4th St in downtown Louisville. The Celebrities Suite features 2 spacious bedrooms, master bathroom and 2nd full bathroom. Our kitchens are well-equipped with stainless steel appliances to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer including detergent and dryer sheets for any laundry needs during your stay.
This property is located just south of the central business district. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door is locked 24/7 and access is via an exterior key pad located to the right of the entrance door. Temporary parking for loading and unloading is available at the metered parking in front of the building. An EV charger (type 2) is available inside the Brown Hotel Parking garage, if necessary.
NOTE: You may be able to hear live music in the suite due to being near 4th Street Live and the busy nightlife.
Guest access
There is a gym on the 3rd floor of the building. We provide a code with the check-in instructions. Please enjoy!
This property has a strict policy against noise after 11 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.
We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges.

You will be renting a condo, unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP and we are locals who live in Louisville. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
If you need to pick up something you have forgotten there is a CVS pharmacy 1.5 blocks North (before 4th Street Live).
