Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Mars Hill. This lovely property features 2 king beds and children's bunk bedroom , perfect for families or friends looking for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like heating, AC, and a cozy living room with a sectional sofa, Guests will feel right at home. Also available with fold up queen size foam bed in 2nd bedroom closet. The Kitchen equipped with a 12 cup coffee maker, airfryer toaster mixer and blender too. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower, along with hair dryer. Instahot waterheater.and filtered water. Nice rocking chairs on the porch and BBQ grill out back. Folding chairs available to sit and enjoy the view and occasional deer visits. We hope you enjoy what our place and Mars Hill has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was exactly how the listing said it would be. The host was great to communicate with, when we got there we had a question about the fire place and she answered immediately. It is about 30 minutes from Asheville, so you can go enjoy all Asheville has to offer, then come back to a very peaceful home. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Anne kicked us out 1/3 of the way through our stay due to a clogged toilet, which they blamed on us for flushable wipes. We offered to pay the plumbing bill for the clogged line, and despite our promises that this wouldn't happen again and the host's assurance that everything was fine, we were locked out after two days. The host watched us on cameras, waited until everyone left, then locked the house. We had to involve local law enforcement to retrieve personal belongings from the house. Then we were not issued a refund for the remaining 2/3 of the stay because the host claimed it for "damages". After multiple emails and calls, we were refunded approximately 1/3 of the remaining balance, and I had to file a credit card dispute for the other 1/3. Additionally, the host did not like any furniture, including chairs, to be moved within the residence and conducted "sporadic checks" to assess not only plumbing drainage but also that furniture was not moved and that the property was clean to her liking. Despite wiping counters daily and being very tidy, we were accused of not keeping the property clean. We felt privacy and security were violated, between these "sporadic checks" and her watching us on cameras while on the property. Notably, none of these rules or checks were posted to the listing page. Overall, I would not recommend this residence to anyone due to poor communication, lack of privacy, harassment, and borderline fraud in failing to refund our money.

Jared and his point person agreed to having the home cleaned by my housekeeper every 2 weeks. Not sporadic cleaning. The plumbing issue was found on first cleaning and everyone was warned verbally and written note left just as signage in bathroom stated .. 2 weeks later toilet clogs found on cleaning with guess what.?Wipes in toilet . Shower was clogged with water on floor. No call place to inform us of issues. There is no camera on the inside of the house. Outdoor security only . I was sorry that warnings and rules were ignored and they had to be canceled but I could not allow further damage. Unfortunately no damages were paid for by guest. His answer was ..what repairs. Very disrespectful of our house
