Why they chose this property
I love South Padre Island, Texas. Your vacation home is just a block from the beach and a beach-side restaurant. Everything is close by. Every Friday & Saturday night, fireworks displays take place at 9:20 p.m. An art stroll is held on the first Friday of each month. Morning beach sunrises to dining on the bay at sunset. The ocean breeze, marine life, turtles, dolphins, and birds.
What makes this property unique
We have one of the most affordable houses for what it offers. A Private Pool and Backyard, complete with two BBQ: one gas grill and the other a charcoal grill and just 1 block from the beach.
