About this property

This is my favorite and largest downtown Ft. Collins Loft! Full size W/D, jetted tub, lots of space, and an amazing outdoor deck to take in the fresh air between bike rides to the breweries or downtown just blocks away!

The space

Amazing place to take all that FoCo has to offer in. This is in the heart of it all. Awesome times await and just 3 blocks to middle of it all. Great vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, jetted tub, full sized washer & dryer, tons of great light, and plenty of 100 year old shade trees to set the ambiance! Extremely well maintained and clean!

Guest access

After parking in the front of the main house, please enter through the rear of 420 W Oak St up the rear stairs to the large wooden deck on the 2nd floor and go to the unit that has the #3 on the front door.
