You couldn’t ask for a better location. Home is close to local Metra station, to save you having to drive into the city. Street of property is close to a local park and walking/trail system, which is great if you travel with your dog, like we do. I do think the property listing needs to be updated to reflect that you are actually only renting a single bedroom within a larger house.
