AMAZING LOCATION

We arrived to the house late at night so we couldn’t really see much outside…. When we woke up and went outside !!!! WOW!!! Amazing view. The outside areas of this house is where we spent most of the time. Great place for paradise getaway. There’s a coffee shop 50’ from the house. If you want a paradise getaway this is definitely one to try. Owner was very responsive with answering questions and updating us with info

Nice place in a agood location

The house was in a great location near Sandy Beach and not too far from Rincon. The house had plenty of room and the outdoor space was really nice. The pool was small buy just right for our 3 year old grandaughter. She loved it!

Magical Beach Vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sandy Beach villa. The location cannot be beat and Rusty was the perfect host, responded immediately to all inquiries. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the outdoor social space was heavenly! Will be back for sure

Perfect spot!

The property is in just the perfect spot. It has a beautiful view and the birds sing for you every morning. The gazebo is super spacious and the main bedroom super confy.

Fantastic place for adults and kids!

Place is absolutely beautiful. Very helpful property manager when power went out in Rincon. Plenty of space and wonderful being able to step onto the beach. Definitely want to return!

This is a great rental, located in about as perfect spot as I can imagine for this area. Private, convenient, HUGE amount of space, and very comfortable. The deck alone is worth it. Great communication from the owner as well.

11 of us stayed in this villa while in Rincon to celebrate a wedding. we never wanted to leave! it was beautiful and Rusty was so helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The location and views here are unbeatable. Immense outdoor space, perfect for a big group. We particularly enjoyed watching the surfers from the top deck. Rusty was very communicative and accommodating. Thank you for sharing with us!

Perfect Beach Location

My favorite part of the house was all of the outside space. The house has a fantastic covered porch with hammocks, plenty of seating space and a gas grill as well as a lot of deck space to sun bath. The top deck has a fantastic view of the ocean. This house was perfect for our large group.

Amazing Vacation Home1

This place is absolutely perfect for large groups looking for a beautiful, relaxing, spacious home on the beach. The location is perfect (literally on the beach), and the variety of outdoor deck spaces let you find privacy if you need it. At the same time, the common-spaces are enormous and great for entertaining and gathering. Restaurants and bars are walking distance and a lot of fun. The owner was very nice and responsive and the property manager came by and took care of a couple of small issues. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful holiday trip to Rincon! We had family and friends ranging in ages 14 to 55! There was something everyone! Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed morning coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the water, music nights under the palapa & walks on the beach out our door. Restaurants and smoothie/latte stand so close! Rusty was a responsive and excellent host. I hope we can do a repeat stay:) Thank you, Rusty!

Fabulous, wonderful, unforgettable.

All 16 of us had the best vacation ever. Your house was perfect. We had seclusion from each other when needed and spent a lot of time all together. Beach was awesome. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. We'd go there every year if we could. Highly recommended. New Years and the snorkel adventure were unforgettable. My dream came to having the whole family with me at a place none of us will never forget.

It's a very beautiful place

This a great location if you want to experience Puerto Rico off the grid. The views and beach location are spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet, the people are friendly and the place is perfect if you want to relax and be private. My only complaint is that the property was not 100% ready. The air conditioner in one of the rooms broke, there was no hot water in most of the bathrooms and some of the amenities were not satisfactory, which was disappointing especially for the price for the rental. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay with Family

This house's location couldn't be better with direct access to the beach and truly beautiful views from the deck and terrace. We loved the different outdoor areas, whether to read on hammocks, drink coffee while looking out at the beach and the ocean or watch the sunset. We had everything we needed to be able to prepare and enjoy family meals. It was wonderful to go for walks along Sandy Beach. It's a plus to have easy access to some of Rincon's restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and minimart within walking distance, but, to be honest, we were enjoying the house so much that we spent most of our time there. Rusty was a very attentive and helpful host and you can really see the care he takes in maintaining this wonderful villa. We would absolutely love to come back!

Wonderful Vacation!

This is the third time we have stayed at Coralina Del Mar.... we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rincon! it's perfectly situated on the edge of Sandy Beach, within walking distance to several great bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The outdoor space is the best...plenty of room for everyone in our large group to relax...whether you want to nap in the hammock under the shaded pavilion, or soak in the sun on a lounge chair on the upper terrace, or sit on the upper deck and watch the surf or look for whales or just take in the spectacular view. The indoor space is well appointed...the kitchens are supplied with just about anything you'd need...the beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels provided. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here...we'll be back again next year, I'm sure!

Coralina Del Mar

This house was amazing! The location was perfect, the waves were perfect for surfers as they got waves everyday and the Tamboo restaurant was just a stroll down the beach. The size of the house was incredible, we were able to fit 12 people comfortably in the home. The owner, Kristine, was very helpful in answering all our questions we had before getting there.The only suggestions for the owner would be to upgrade a few things in the house such as the appliances and a few things in the kitchen. Other than that the house has everything you need. We were able to cook great meals every night for our group and the grocery store is about 10 minutes away. One of my favorite things about this house was the deck upstairs!! The views of the ocean and the sunset are breathtaking. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in a beautiful home. I know we will all be back to this house again!!

Fantastic Family Experience

We gathered two families at Coralina Del Mar for Christmas and had a fantastic time. The house is in what we think is the best location for enjoying Sandy Beach/Puntas, occupying the corner of the beach and offering amazing views from the expansive deck on top of the rock that defines the reef at the Puntas surf break. Our party included: experienced surfers who loved staying (literally) on top of their favorite spot and easy access to all the other breaks at Rincon, children who are learning and enjoyed the family friendliness and sand bottom of Sandy beach, and kids of all ages who loved the house and it’s comfortable and cool spaces. When not on the beach, the shade of the patio and pool area were refreshing and fun and the kids and adults loved the selection of books throughout the house. Being two families, we also appreciated the ability to spread out and have two kitchens and living areas when people needed space. Rusty and Sebastian were great hosts and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely come back. For those who know Rincon and/or are seeking to have many options for fun and relaxation at your doorstep (without having to drive or transit), this is hard to beat.

My girlfriend and I stayed on the top unit of Coralina Del Mar over Labor Day week and had an incredible time. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beds were as comfortable as sleeping at home. We loved being able to go out and have our morning cup of coffee at the top of the sun deck and take in the incredible view of the ocean and watch and listen as the waves crashed into the rocks right below the deck. Truly amazing!! You literally can go from a spectacular view of the ocean from the top the deck to walking down the steps and being right on the beach. Very well layed out. We especially loved the huge gazebo and either sitting out there or laying out on the hammocks enjoying the ocean breeze. VERY relaxing!! Kris and Rusty were very attentive and made you feel as if you were family. They checked on us numerous times to make sure all our needs were met. Kris and Rusty, thank you both very much for everything. We'll definitely be back to Coralina del Mar and would recommend it to anyone.

Staying with a family over Christmas

The house has a great location, it is nested at one of the most beautiful beaches in Rincon, Sandy beach. It has a massive deck overlooking the beach, the whole concept is great. However, the house is so old and dated, the furniture is so disgusting, the sofas are filthy with legs falling apart, they put clean sheets to cover it all up. The whole house was very dirty in general, we found the dirt between the plates that has never been washed, rusty oven, not working dish washer. The floors, the doors, everything was just so dirty, we all felt so disgusting. We took showers outside as the bathrooms were so dated and filthy. There is NO washer or dryer at the premises. There is NO hot water unless there's a sun out and even then it wasn't fully hot. The water pressure was terrible. There was NO smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. We had to leave earlier as the top apartments had major leak and you could smell the mould and moister in the rooms. It is such a shame as Rincon is a beautiful place with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and the most amazing beaches, but the house ruined our Christmas and the whole experience.The owner was fair at the end and partially refunded us as we originally paid for luxury accommodation, but the house was just inhabitable. I hope the owner understands how amazing opportunity he has and fix all the issues....otherwise not sure that ai would rent it in this stage.

A 21st birthday celebration to remember

The photos of Coralina del Mar don't even come close to capturing the beauty of this exquisite beach front home. The views of both beaches from the many decks and verandas are spectacular. The house is extremely well equipped and very tastefully furnished. It worked out extremely well for our group of 16. Even though we were a large group, the house is nicely separated so that everyone can get away to a quiet place when needed, yet there are ample communal spaces for large sit down dinners. The owners have obviously spent time thinking carefully about all the amenities guests might require. There was nothing missing that we needed or wanted. It was such a pleasure to work with the owners Kristine and Rusty. Their suggestions for making my daughter's birthday a special celebration were invaluable, and Kristine was happy to make all of the arrangements on our behalf! We found them both to be extremely professional - truly a pleasure to work with. Thanks to them for all of their hard work to ensure that our daughter and her friends had a vacation that they will never forget. We would return to this exact same home again. It is a great home in a fun and beautiful location. Truly a slice of paradise. We are so glad we got to enjoy it over New Year.

Great Location, Average Villa

This Villa is located next to Sandy Beach. It is unique in providing privacy in its lower level covered gazebo area, as well as on its upper level deck that overlooks the rocky coast (and surfers). It is about 1/2 block from an active beachfront outdoor restaurant - night club (which is active and loud until pretty late at night). The Villa itself is furnished very sparsely (including all 6 bedrooms, some of which are quite small); we found it to be clean. The 2 upper kitchens are very small, both with sinks and refrigerators (and with ovens that we were unable to get to work), and they were outfitted with very minimal pots, plates, and silverware. The lower level has a full kitchen, which is reasonably well outfitted, including a dishwasher. The laundry facilities are in an attached outdoor closet, require coins, and smelled so strongly of mildew that we passed on using them. Supplies of things like TP, paper towels, soap were limited (we had to restock most things by the second day there). It was rare, throughout the stay, to have hot water for taking showers or doing dishes. We used the property for a small wedding, and its several different areas (decks, gazebo, etc.) allowed a variety of options for appetizers, reception, dinner, etc. We were not consistently able to reach the local property manager while we were there, for a few little problems that arose. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries, both before and after our visit, via email. Rincon is a fun though not ritzy area, occupied by mostly young people, with lots of different recreational and dining options. It is quite a long trek from San Juan (2.5 hours without traffic). In summary, this Villa has a spectacular location, in a fun oceanfront area of Puerto Rico; it worked pretty well for a small wedding. On the other hand, its furnishings and amenities were pretty average, particularly for the price.

Seeing is believing - fantastic

I enjoyed a fantastic week at the Coralina Del Mar with a group of 14 family members, 4 kids 5 to 11 and 10 adults from 42 to 75. We came from Boston, MA, Hampden, ME, London, England, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. It is quite a drive from San Juan, but it is well worth it, and you can always explore flying to the Rafael Hernández Airport, which is only about 45 minutes away. For anyone that has not been to PR, the drive from San Juan in daylight provides a wonderful introduction to the island's rugged and spectacular geography. Our first, and lasting impression of the property, is that the photographs online do not do it justice, it is even better in reality. Although we had the odd minor issue, each of which was responded to in a timely fashion, it did not detract from the fabulous time we all had. For example, we took a number of Christmas movies to watch, but there was no DVD player. We called to ask about this, and the very next day, a brand new DVD player was delivered. The bottom line is that if you keep in perspective where you are, and understand that a big selling point for visiting PR is that the pace of life is slower, and you embrace Island Time, you will have a most excellent and memorable experience. Sandy Beach is awesome, although when the surf is up, which it was about all the time, it is not for the faint of heart, less confident swimmers, or for very young children. We enjoyed taking the kids to the Rincon Marina beach, which is much more sheltered and provided some good snorkling at the northern end. The house has all the necessary equipment, and we did cook a number of meals. We enjoyed a Pig Roast, which was quite an event, although we would recommend inviting a bunch of people as we are sure it could feed 40 or more. Alternatively, there are plenty of leftovers, which we made good use of. A huge selling point for us was the Gazebo which allowed us to have a number of meals all sitting together (we rented a couple of large tables and chairs - done through the caterer that we had provide a couple of excellent evening meals www.tastebudspr.com - which I would highly recommend). Another big selling point was that even though the high temperature was consistently 80 to 86 degrees, there was a steady breeze of the ocean that meant it was never uncomfortable. We made good use of the Tamboo bar and restaurant up the beach, which again I would recommend highly. Our visit exceeded everyone's expectation
