We had to call maintenance for 3 issues but they responded pretty quickly. When they came to fix the grill they did not let us know they were coming. Adults were at the pool & a couple of teenagers were on the back deck. Two men just came on in without them knowing. They should have let us know they were on the way so an adult could have been there. An adult walked up after knowing they were there. We love this condo & the location. Will stay again.
