Most Summer weeks are booked well in advance by tenants who return year after year. They love this uniquely beautiful home set on the over-sized level point lot with wide North/Eastern views across "The Broads" towards Wolfeboro. Beautiful in all respects! Comfortable with stunning views. We want to go back:-)
As we walked through THE POINT HOME upon arrival, we realized that our seven day vacation was going to be amazing. Everything we needed was there for us. This is a five star home that is both comfortable and yet first class. Views of the lake were everywhere. Our extended family enjoyed every moment--the dock, the bedrooms with many options, the awesome kitchen, the comfortable couches, the wrap around porches, the ample tables and chairs--the list continues forever.
Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy this special home.
We have already asked to return year after year.
Obviously this is a five star visit.

Spectacular Lake Winni Waterfront Rental
We loved "The Point", were sad to leave, and will return. We had 6 adults and 7 kids in our group, and only left our rental to be onboard various water toys and boats on the lake. It is a magical place.
Though the rent is expensive, we felt it was worth it. Note NH taxes are 9% on rentals.
