The Aspen condo 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is steps from Heavenly' s Stagecoach Lift, close to ski in ski out. This unit has parking in front of the building and only 20 steps to the front door. The entry level includes a full bath, bedroom with queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The upper level includes the living area, efficient kitchen, bedroom and full bath.

There is a front deck to check out the ski conditions before you head out for the morning. This condo could be become your favorite ski getaway spot. We are consistently adding and improving to make your stay a wonderful experience.

When there is no snow on the ground this condo is a good home base to explore Tahoe-hiking, exploring, checking out the wonderful Lake Tahoe beaches.

Tahoe Wedding Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will admit that I waited to the last minute to find a property for our trip, this property I chose for two reasons, for the price and for the fact that we could bring my son's dog. We did not spend a lot of time at the property, and it served its purpose, but it definitely needs some TLC. The views were spectacular, which was a plus. The air conditioner was not working on the top floor, and the decks and stair boards should really be fixed as they are unsafe.

This property has a lot of steep stairs leading to the apartment as well as inside the unit, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The combined kitchen and living area are quite small. There were five of us, and the space felt cramped. The two bedrooms, however, were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped but couldn't get the vent hood to work.There is no air conditioning, and we stayed during one of the hottest days. Unfortunately, the fans were not enough to keep the apartment cool, so we had to leave the patio door open for some relief. The apartment could also use some updating. The shower had heavy caulking in several areas that appeared to be covering mold.The listing clearly states that parking permits are required and that only two permits are provided. I contacted the host twice about the permits—first by email, but I never received a response, and then by phone. They were only one permit in the unit so I contacted the rental property and was told the other permit would be dropped off at the rental the following day, but it was never delivered.Overall, the apartment met our basic needs but wished the communication with the rental property was better.
