This apartment was ok, but not as expected.Here are pros and cons (could be improved) in the future.Pros: Check in was smooth and hassle free, great location-13 mins to river walk, Las Olas and FLL airport.Cons: no reply from the host, floor tiles are dented and broken in many places, mold in bathroom and wall corners, COCKROACHES in the kitchen area and bedroom, torn couches, and loud noise from up stair neighbor until midnight. Other things are fine, but I felt it was overpriced (200/day inc. tax).

My check in was at 4pm they gave me the wrong lock box code , there was a co host on the property that did not help us until 8pm , the house was dirty and had roaches , everyone on the property was prejudice against us because we were black !
