The beach cottage is simple and close to Surfside Beach. The back of the house has a living room, a dining room, a full bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a pantry, a half bathroom, and the laundry room. A patio with furniture is near the front door, and a second patio with mature gardens is in the side yard. The beach, bike paths, public shuttle bus service, and Surfside Snack Bar are all close by. Good sized yard. Pets are allowed with written permission from the owner and a $150 non-refundable pet fee paid by the renter.
